截止日前請將相關文件正本掃描成 一份 PDF 電子檔 寄至以下信箱：patty.jasonbiolab@gmail.com，並同時將申請文件紙本正本交給系辦 Patty。
注意：
- 上述兩者皆須在期限內完成，為維持申請獎項公平性，逾時不收。
- 如申請文件中需附上成績單，請提供成大正式的歷年成績單。

Dear Students,
The application for various scholarships in the Department of Biomedical Engineering for the Fall 2026 semester is now open. For detailed guidelines and application documents, please refer to the links in the table.

Application Deadline: 12:00 PM (Noon) on Tuesday, September 29.

Submission Process:
- Scan your original documents into a single PDF file and email it to: patty.jasonbiolab@gmail.com
- Simultaneously, submit the original hard copy to Patty at the department office.
Important Note:
- Both of the above steps must be completed before the deadline. To maintain fairness for all applicants, late submissions will strictly not be accepted.
- If a transcript is required for your application, please provide an official NCKU transcript (including all past semesters).
