115年度科林研發論文獎暨傑出科技獎學金/ Call for Applications: 2026 KLA Research Thesis Award and Outstanding Technology Scholarship

本校「115年度科林研發論文獎暨傑出科技獎學金」即日起開放申請， 請符合資格的同學請把握時間提出申請。

申請截止日期為 115年9月18日（五）。

此獎學金旨在鼓勵研究生從事半導體相關製程、技術、原理與材料之研究， 提昇我國在此領域之研發能力，以培育優秀科技人才。

【獎學金申請資訊】

  • 申請截止日期：即日起至民國 115年9月18日止。
  • 申請對象與資格：本校理學院、工學院、電機資訊學院、智慧半導體及永續製造學院或其他相關學院，經指導教授推薦之研究生，並符合下列條件之一：
  • 論文獎學金：本校 114學年度博士班應屆畢業生，或 115學年度博士班三年級以上 在學學生。
  • 傑出科技獎學金：本校 115學年度碩士班二年級在學學生，或 具預研生身分之碩士班一年級 在學學生。

【獎助名額與金額】

  • 博士論文頭等獎：每年1名，學生獎學金新臺幣10萬元，指導教授獲獎金5萬元。
  • 博士論文優等獎：每年2名，每名學生獎學金新臺幣8萬元，指導教授各獲獎金4萬元。
  • 傑出科技獎學金（碩士）：每年4名（其中至少1名為女性碩士生），每名獎學金新臺幣8萬元。

  • 有意申請者請依規定填妥申請表並備齊相關佐證資料（如論文摘要、成績單、指導教授推薦函等），於申請截止日前將繳交資料以電子檔形式上傳至收件平臺。 https://forms.gle/wqytQnGPZTzPrKSi7

Applications are now open for the 2026 KLA Research Thesis Award and Outstanding Technology Scholarship at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU).

Eligible students are encouraged to submit their applications before the deadline.

Application Deadline: September 18, 2026 (Friday)

This scholarship aims to encourage graduate students to pursue research in semiconductor-related processes, technologies, principles, and materials, strengthen Taiwan's research and development capabilities in this field, and cultivate outstanding scientific and technological talent.

【Scholarship Information】
Application Deadline: From now until September 18, 2026 (Friday).

Eligibility: Graduate students from the College of Science, College of Engineering, College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, the Academy of Innovative Semiconductor and Sustainable Manufacturing, or other related colleges at NCKU who are recommended by their academic advisor and meet one of the following requirements:

Research Thesis Award (Ph.D.)

  • Ph.D. students graduating in Academic Year 2025 (AY114); or
  • Ph.D. students in their third year or above during Academic Year 2026 (AY115).

Outstanding Technology Scholarship (Master's)

  • Second-year master's students in Academic Year 2026 (AY115); or
  • First-year master's students with Pre-Graduate Student status.


【Awards】
First Prize – Ph.D. Thesis Award

  • One recipient annually
  • Student scholarship: NT$100,000
  • Advisor award: NT$50,000

Excellence Award – Ph.D. Thesis Award

  • Two recipients annually
  • Student scholarship: NT$80,000 each
  • Advisor award: NT$40,000 each

Outstanding Technology Scholarship (Master's)

  • Four recipients annually (including at least one female master's student)
  • Scholarship: NT$80,000 each

Applicants should complete the application form and prepare all required supporting documents (e.g., thesis abstract, academic transcript, and advisor's recommendation letter).
