申請方式 / How to Apply：
填妥「博士班資格考試申請表」（請至官網「下載 - 研究生常用表單」下載），經指導教授簽名後，連同成績單送至系辦。
Fill out the application form (Download via official website - "Forms for Graduate Students"), obtain your advisor's signature, and submit it to the department office along with your transcript.

重要應考須知 / Important Regulations
1.初次應考須決定所有選考科目，且所有科目須同時應試。
First-time applicants must select all exam subjects at once and take all exams concurrently.
2.成績保留與機會： 及格科目成績可保留。筆試至多 3 次機會，未於入學四年內通過者依規定退學。
Passing scores can be retained. Students have a maximum of 3 attempts for the written exam; failure to pass within the limit will result in dismissal.
